Finbarr Tobin qualified in 1996, having obtained his primary degree from University College Cork. His specialist areas include Personal Injury Litigation, Children’s Law, Local Authority Law and Employment Law. Finbarr has represented his clients in personal injury cases with the Injuries Board, and before all the Courts, including the High Court and the Circuit and District Courts.

Finbarr has more than twenty years of involvement with cases spanning a variety of injuries, from the most minor to catastrophic injuries including spinal cord and acquired brain injuries.  Finbarr has comprehensive practising knowledge in Children’s Law, having practised in all divisions from the District Courts to Circuit Courts to the High Court. He has notable experience of advocacy having conducted proceedings in these Courts without counsel.

Finbar manages the Firms litigation team, and collaborates with Fred in advising on GDPR & Data Protection Law matters.
