An area of law which has developed and changed significantly in the last three to four decades and which continues to evolve at a pace, it is often very difficult for the employer or employee to keep abreast of the most up to date rules and regulations.

In the context of employers our aim is two fold: to provide a support system for employers to ensure that they are up date to with all of their legal requirements; and also to advise them when a situation arises with an employee aiming to achieve a resolution which is satisfactory to the employer and employee and limit damage to the working relationship and the business.
