Aine Ryan qualified in 1999 and just two years later, completed the Law Society Diploma in Property Tax. Aine manages the Wills, Probate and Estate Planning division of Binchy Law. She also has considerable experience of working on legal business on behalf of clients lacking capacity, including handling their business and their assets before the wardship division of the High Court. Her experience includes a wide-ranging practice in Property Law, regularly dealing with both residential and commercial property. Aine also brings a keen understanding to Wills, Trusts and Succession Planning and Administration of Estates, which frequently requires additional experience in the areas of business planning and taxation.

Alongside these activities, as Binchy Law’s Marketing Director, Aine handles all marketing and outward communications.
