Jack Binchy is the most recent member to join the Binchy Law team.  He holds a primary degree in Business and Law from University College Dublin and trained and qualified with a large commercial law firm in Dublin.  Jack brings with him a broad range of experience across personal insolvency and corporate restructuring, planning and development law, property law, construction law, and litigation.
 
Jack joined Binchy Law with a focus on general practice, delivering practical and commercially informed advice across a wide spectrum of legal matters.  He is working primarily in conveyancing, commercial litigation and personal injuries supporting clients through complex transactions and disputes with a clear and solutions‑focused approach.
 
Jack has experience in advocacy, having conducted personal injury proceedings in both the District Court and Circuit Court without counsel. He is a strong advocate of non‑adversarial dispute resolution where appropriate and is committed to achieving outcomes that are firmly in the best interests of his clients
