Binchy Law LLP have a vacancy for a full time Legal Executive / Legal Secretary. Our ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing secretarial support to our conveyancing solicitor.
EXPERIENCE: Two years' previous experience working in a law firm in the areas of Conveyancing & Probate Law FILE MANAGEMENT: Have Experience in case management system (KH Framework is an advantage but not essential) DOCUMENT PREPARATION: Be capable of preparing, formatting and amending correspondence and legal documents as well as settling detailed statements of account for submission to clients. COMPUTER LITERACY: Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Have excellent communication skills with an ability to deal with clients in a friendly and courteous manner and also have the ability work within a team environment. TIME MANAGEMENT: Have a proactive approach to prioritising work.
