Our Team at Binchy's

The Firm is divided into two teams, with three solicitors to each team, who are supported by three legal executives, a qualified accountant and inhouse IT staff. 

Each solicitor is also supported by a secretary and additional secretarial back up, if necessary.  The first Team, headed by Donald P Binchy, deals primarily with property matters, taxation and probate business as well as other non-contentious issues including commercial and company matters.  The second team, managed by Fred Binchy, deals with contentious matters, whether in the Courts or other forums.  The teams meet once a week to organize all client work and to cross support each other in the delivery of client services to the highest standards.  The Firm is an active member of IBEC and the Local Chamber of Commerce, and supports their activities.
